Life can be hard and it can be difficult at times to figure out how to move forward in health and happiness. My desire is to help you as an individual, couple or family, identify your strengths and resiliency and focus on how you can use these positives to solve your current personal and relational challenges. I use two main therapeutic approaches with my clients—solution focused and narrative. Additionally, I utilize various trauma focused and mindfulness based approaches to working with clients impacted by trauma.

Mostly, I believe in hope with every fiber of my being—hope for restored families, couples and individuals.

Sharon is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (license LMFT 1919). Her clinical training took place at two private practices; one in Syracuse, NY and the other in Mashpee, MA. While at these practices she worked with clients with many different concerns; bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, physical, sexual and emotional abuse survivors, loss of a loved one, abandonment, lack of marital and family communication, infidelity, substance abuse and many others. Sharon also worked for many years as a volunteer Youth Pastor and as an advocate for sexually abused adolescent girls.
