Tired of seeing your child feel anxious and afraid?

If you feel like no matter how hard you try, it’s never the right thing, you’re not alone.

One of the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic was a mental health pandemic for our children. Studies are showing that one in three children meet diagnostic criteria for an anxiety disorder in 2022.

This online course in combating the worry monster your child faces will help your child reduce their anxiety and physical symptoms. With interactive lessons for your mind, body, and soul, your child will learn how to identify the way anxiety feels in their body, the thoughts that anxiety causes them, and practical strategies to beat it.

Because your child is so worth it!

Start 2023 feeling more hopeful, with more energy and less anxious thoughts, with lessons from a licensed therapist all without leaving your house.
