Hi, I’m Elizabeth. I’m a therapist and Director of Details at Foundations Family Therapy. I have two young children and remember the postpartum weeks well!
I became a licensed marriage and family therapist in 2018 with a special focus on perinatal moods and abortion recovery. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Social Work from NC State and a master’s from Liberty University.
My dual experience allows me to cater to your individual needs and wants.
