The ideal candidate will:
Be a team player, take initiative, be motivated and trained in evidenced-based practices
Have experience providing faith-based (Christian) counseling
Have experience working with children/adolescents, couples, and families
Have a provisional or full license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, Psychologist
Preference given to candidates that are already credentialed with BCBS, Aetna, United Healthcare, or Tricare
Available evenings
Willing to see a minimum of 15 (part-time) clients a week
This is a contract position with competitive hourly rates. You will provide psychotherapy services in an office setting and will have access to therapy resources (books, workbooks, videos, etc.) for use with your clients
As part of the 1099 position
you can expect:
A collaborative team and management that is committed to our therapists' growth and work-life balance
A billing and admin team that will handle scheduling, billing questions, and claim followup
Monthly group consultation (can count as continuing education if LMFT or LCSW)
Weekly open office hours for administrative and clinical questions
Paid staff trainings when needed
Credentialing and contracting with insurance if needed
Pay rate increases annually by increasing private pay rates, insurance rates, and additional learning opportunities
Use of our EMR system (Simple Practice) with remote access, online scheduling, claim submission, and integrated credit card processing
Marketing that includes videos, photographs, business cards, and printed materials, as well as networking events and the option to publish blogs on the business website (that are paid up to a maximum amount per month).
Included supervision (optional) for LMFTA and LCSWA.
