About My
Areas of Focus
In the past, I worked mainly with adults with mood disorders, anxiety or depression, and co-facilitated a DBT group. I would like to shift my focus to be more on children and teens with these challenges, but also with couples or families.
Why I love what I do
I have always had a love for psychology and mental health, and this field is extremely gratifying. I love being able to be a support for people, because it was always I wish I had. Being able to provide that for people now gives me a great sense of purpose.
What i do
For Fun!
I love to go to the gym or spend time outside! I have 3 pets so I enjoy spending time with them outside as well. I also have a twin brother who is in the same field as me!
