Areas of Focus
I have experience working with all ages! I believe that everyone’s journey within counseling is personal to their own needs and I am glad to navigate that journey with you! My approach will be tailored to your specific needs, drawing from CBT and Solution Focused models.
Through our time together I will create an empathetic environment! My direct area of focus is working with individuals who have experienced trauma and working towards healing, utilizing mindfulness techniques. Sometimes life throws heavy things our way, learning how to process those experiences and our feelings that emerge after can allow us to become a stronger and better version of ourselves!
We all face challenges, whether you are facing anxiety, depression, grief, or stress I would love to work with you!
Why I love what I do
I love helping others find the little happys in their life! I believe it is an honor to be trusted by the individuals I work with as we identify their strengths and break down the barriers and negative beliefs that are preventing them from thriving!
What i do
For Fun!
I am a strong advocate for the healing power of getting outside! I personally love to go on long walks with my dog on the greenway, listening to music! But don’t get me wrong, I also love being cozy inside reading a book or watching a good movie!
