General Data Privacy Regulation (GDPR) Updates

The GDPR took effect on May 25, 2018, and is intended to protect the data of European Union citizens.

As a company that markets its site content, products and/or services online we do not specifically target our marketing to the EU or conduct business in or to the EU in any meaningful way. If the data that you provide to us in the course of your use of our site or services or products is governed by GDPR, we will abide by the relevant portions of the regulation. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), or are accessing this site from within the EEA, you may have the right to request: access to, correction of, deletion of; portability of; and restriction or objection to processing, of your personal data, from us. This includes the “right to be forgotten.”

Foundations Family Therapy ("Foundations Family Therapy") operates foundationsft.com and may operate other websites. It is Foundations' policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, Foundations Family Therapy collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Foundations' purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Foundations' visitors use its website.
